Shipping Policy
• Free Ground Shipping is valid on Q-Link orders of $99 or more shipped within the United States.
• Shipping on orders less than $99 are $5.95 or less.
• For upgraded USA shipping options or if shipping internationally, contact us at QLink-Support@HealingHQ.com or call (888) 732-8745 between 9am & 5pm PST, M-F for a quote.
• Orders are shipped within 1 business day. If an item becomes temporarily out of stock you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours.
• Arrival for free ground shipping within the USA is estimated to be 4-6 days. Arrival estimates for all shipping is provided by the carrier, and exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
• The customer pays all international shipping, insurance, duties and customs fees.
• We ship via several carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS, and will choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package.
