People ask us the same fair question before booking: what do I actually get at the end? The answer is a completed measurement report, filled in with real numbers from your own property. Below is the exact sheet we use, marked as a sample, followed by a walk through of every section so you know what to expect from an in person inspection in Buffalo and Western New York, or a guided remote session anywhere else.

The Top of the Report: Your Property, On the Record

Every report starts with the basics: the date and time of the visit, the address we measured, the name of the person who requested the measurements, and a signed permission line authorizing ClearEMF to gather EMF information at that address. We also mark the type of area measured, whether commercial, residential, land or other. This matters because the report is a snapshot of a specific place on a specific day, and it becomes your baseline for any future comparison.

Magnetic Radiation Results

The first measurement section records magnetic field readings taken north, south, east and west of your entrance. Magnetic fields come from power frequency sources such as high tension lines, neighborhood transformers, service drops and building wiring. Measuring on all four sides shows us the direction the field is strongest, which usually points straight at the source.

Dirty Electricity Low Frequency Results

Next we record dirty electricity readings in the same four positions. Dirty electricity is high frequency noise that rides on your electrical wiring, created by things like solar inverters, dimmer switches, LED drivers and variable speed motors. Because it travels through the wiring itself, it can show up in rooms far from the device that creates it, and the four direction pattern helps trace it back.

Microwave Radiation Results

The third section covers RF, the wireless side of EMF. These readings capture what is arriving from Wi-Fi networks, smart meters, wireless devices and nearby cell towers. Again we log all four directions, which is especially useful when an outside source such as a tower or a neighbor’s equipment dominates one side of the building.
